How do I proceed through the check out process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the cart icon or cart page and we will guide you through the check out process.
How do I activate a game key or game gift ?
Please activate your gift or game key in accordance with the game DRM, here are some tutorial regarding to activate game gift or game key.
What are payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we only accept Bank Transfer from BCA, Mandiri, and BNI for Indonesian citizen and we accept Bitcoin payments for global.
Why must I make payment immediately at checkout ?
Our ordering system is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired products, it is recommended that you make your payment within minimum 1 day of checking out.
Can you ship your products anywhere?
Yes, if it is a digital products.
No, if it is a physical products, currently we are shipping physical products to across Indonesia only.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the type of product purchased,
For digital products: Product will be sent estimated 15 minutes with max 24 hours, and for digital products with ‘⚡’ label will be sent automatically after payment is received.
For physical products: Products are shipped in an estimated 1 days after the payment received. When order is shipped, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days for the carrier to deliver the order.
(Currently all physical products are only avaiable in Indonesia)
In accordance with the terms & conditions, product delivery is scheduled from 09:00 to 21:00 WIB (Indonesian Time). We will always notify the customer if there is any change of product delivery time due to technical problems such as server interruption, electricity, or other factors.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
How do I receive my orders ?
For digital product, all of your orders will be sent via email you fill at the checkout.
For physical product (Only applicable for Indonesian), all your orders are sent via JNE.
I can not find the product I want?
We have a search feature at the top of the home page. If you can not find the products you are looking for, please contact us by sending email to our support, we will get in touch as soon as posible.
Can I get a refund or exchange on a product I purchased ?
Yes, for physical products only, with a clear proof of purchase, we can offer a refund or exchange for an item that you have purchased if you have received your order and we have inadvertently sent you the wrong products.
No, for digital products, all the purchased products can not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
